Unable to Publish Outlook.com Calendar

Hi,

 

When trying to publish Outlook.com calendar, I am unable to select the calendar. The calendar appears, but when clicked, it is never 'selected'. Refer to this URL:  https://outlook.live.com/calendar/0/options/calendar/SharedCalendars 

 

At first the calendar appears:

After clicking 'Calendar':

  ^ calendar remains unselected.

 

Previously, I published the calendar and then unpublished it. Since then, I have been unable to select the calendar to publish it.

 

Anybody know what's up with Microsoft?

      Detto. Cannot publish my primary calendar (all others can be selected, just not the primary one).
