As far as I know, new users cannot share images, this was disabled due to spamming (it was very burdensome for the community).
You will definitely be able to share images, but it will happen at a later time.!

- If that's the case, that's a dumb move. We rely on images to be able to convey the problem we need help with. Well, I guess this is what makes Apple different from MS. Typical MS
