Translating draft emails into another language before sending
On my previous Surface Pro running Office 365 it was easy to translate a draft email from english into another language, re-format and then send. On my new Dell running Office 365 the translate option is not apparent. How does one easily install this translate function? I have already installed the necessary proofing languages.

In outlook settings, > - select what you want to see when viewing and composing messages! Sorry but the screenshot is in English, but I think it will be helpful. Good luck
