Transfer from email server to exchange

Hi all, 

As a company we have set up an email server when the company first started with emails such as mailto:joe@company

However, we have 365 membership for the same email addresses now. 

How do i transfer from the old server (including all emails and inbox folders) over to outlook. I want to move away from the old email server completely.
