Tile Window Left/Right/Split View Not available on Mac Catalina

Hello everyone

Recently, it seems this feature has been disabled for Outlook for Mac. I am unable to Tile the Outlook window, creating a split view with other windows/apps. is there a way to bring it back? or do I just have to report it to Microsoft?
