this file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it.
I keep getting this error message when i try to preview a zip file in outlook. it does not happen to pdf files , its happening with xml files. i have followed a bunch of troubleshooting guides...
You can not preview any content within a zip file. You must download it first and extract all files.
The documentation you referenced did not mention zip files. The instructions were for Office applications.
