The print feature of OUTLOOK.COM has been removed.
I followed the diagnostics and fixes I found on Google. These led me deeper. ... (AppData)>Roaming? Microsoft >Outlook=>Outlprnt (file) . The fix was to rename Outlprnt and Outlook would build a new one. Fact the folder Outlook was missing. Fact I created the folder Outlook. Restarted the browser, but no Outlprnt was created. OK, I tried 2 other PCs Lenovo T530 & new (!!) Lenovo AIO with Windows 11 Home. Fact neither had the folder Outlook. To me these are MS fingerprints. It looks as if MS has withdrawn this feature which I found very useful.
