The PERSONAL FOLDER is missing

I just migrated from MS Outlook 2013 to MS Outlook 2019 on a new computer.  The 2013 had a top folder called Personal Folder where both my yahoo and gmail email accounts showed up in the inbox together, which I liked.  With 2019 I have two accounts, yahoo and gmail, which are under two separate folders each with its own inbox.  Is there a way to have the two accounts come together in one inbox.  I can't seem to find That main Personal folder.
