Text in Body of outlook calendar disappearing

We're having an issue where we schedule an event to a room (shared calendar) and add text to the body of the event and save it, that at random times when we go back to edit, delete, or add text to the body, the information orginally added just disappears. Has anyone else had problems with this or know how to fix it?
