Talk to teammates using internal comments in the original email, instead of forwarding or replying

Is it possible to chat to teammates using internal comments in the original email, instead of forwarding or replying. For example, is there an option to integrate teams within the the body of the email or as a window with an email so we can avoid this constant forwarding and replying to all?
