Syncing multiple outlook accounts with multiple iCloud accounts

Good afternoon,

We have several employees using iPads in the field. We have several employees in the office, on PCs using Outlook, that needs to have access to the field employees' calendars in their iPads. Is there a way to make this happen? (No doubt it's a pie-in-the-sky idea.)
