Synchronisation issues - google and outloook calandars

Hi,

I've addded the ICS adresses of my respective gmail and outlook agendas to each other, and the first synchronisation was completed right, but when there is a change in one of the calandars it is not reflected in the other as if it did not synchronize anymore

Do you have any idea what could go wrong?
