synch my office email account to office 365

Dear Manager who may concerned,

I am using an outlook from "office 2016" installed in my laptop synching with my office emil. 

Also I am a subscriber for "office 365" and I want to synch my office email (account) with it.

Here are my questions,

- Is it possibe to add(or synch) my office email to "office 365"?

- If so, please let me know the way.

- Can I restore (or migrate) my email data from "office 2016" to "office 365"?

It will be very great, If I am able to do ths with office 365.
