Sync Outlook 365 and Google Calendar

I am trying to setup a sync between Google Calendar and Outlook 365. I have it setup and adds, edits and deletes are syncing from Google Calendar into Outlook, but changes that are made in Outlook are not synced back to Google Calendar.


What am I doing wrong?

    You are not doing anything wrong, it's just that the sync might take up to 24 hours to be complete. If you want real-time syncs, you have to use a calendar tool such as https://www.onecal.io/
