Sync Errors Mac Outlook

In the past two weeks I get Sync Error messages as follows:

"The total attachment size exceeds the limit. Try removing one or more attachments before saving or sending"

The issue is there are no attachments on any of the e-mails I send. I deleted my account, set them up again and still get these Sync Error messages.

Has anyone else come across this issue,
