Sync email - Unable to load these settings. Please try again later.
For over a week, I have had the message "Unable to load these settings. Please try again later." in my "Sync email" settings in Outlook.com. Is anyone else having this issue?
I am having the same issue as well. This has happened before, but is happening again. Why does Microsoft not get this sorted, it is so annoying to keep getting emails saying that the email could not be synced to not be able to go in and update! Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

I half expect them to completely remove the feature for those of us who are grandfathered in. (If you remove the only connected account, the feature disappears immediately.)
I recommend users contact outlook.com support to report it.
Log into Outlook.com on the web using a PC or Mac. If you log in from a mobile device, you need to use the desktop site.
Click the ? icon on the Help tab to open the Help menu.
Type a question. Scroll to the end of the research results and click Yes for Still need help?.

https://support.office.com/article/f5482a98-616c-4d44-b7c5-8aaaadf5c11a- Since the Comcast security breach, I had to update my password, so now Outlook won't sync that email account, and the "Sync email" section of mail settings shows "Unable to load these settings. Please try again later." So now I can't get Comcast email without going directly to comcast.com and logging in separately.
Also, why can't we change these settings from Android (always have to use a Windows PC)? I can't even use desktop mode in the Android browser, it just gives a high-res version of the same dumbed-down mobile app.- I am having the same issue presently. I had to change a password for a different account that gets forwarded to my outlook account. But due to the “sync email” setting not being available, I can’t update the setting and sync my email accounts. This exact same problem happened in 2022, and it took Microsoft over a month to fix the problem and regain access to the “sync email” settings.
