sync all folders, setting and data from outlook 2016 to microsoft 365 subscription app outlook

Hello.

I currently have office 2016 and used outlook 2016.

I recently subscribed MS 365 and want to use outlook from there to sync outlook data and setting from all my different devices.

How can I update and sync my current office 2016 outlook to 366 app?

Since my desktop office 2016 setting is as main thing, I need to upgrade this to 365 app but I can't find a way.

Please help.
