Stop removing my synced mails

I would like to know what settings to change or what to do to stop outlook from removing the emails from my computer when the synced telia webmail( Swedish ISP) auto clears the inbox to save space on their servers.

I want the sync connection to only add mails to outlook but not remove them from my outlook inbox when I delete them from the webmail.
