Still receiving emails from blocked domain

I too have been getting cr*p from mailjetzky for months! I block each and every one, yet still they get through. Really is doing my head in.
Did you try creating a rule for this? Send any of those to the deleted items instead of blocking? These are a few I made with my outlook.com account.
