Still receiving emails from blocked domain

You can block the domain, mailjetzky.
This way, you will be blocking all emails (info@, alert@, etc.) from this sender's domain.

So I would need to manually add each spam/phishing domain to the block list?
What's the purpose of the report & block button if it doesn't do anything?
Even when I press that button, Outlook says that it'll block the sender and that I'll stop receiving their emails, but this isn't the case. (see image below)
Mailjetzky is an example of one getting through the block list for me somehow.
