Still receiving emails from blocked domain

Before I answer, what type of email account do you have? Outlook.com or a domain based email with business 365 Exchange, or Yahoo/AOL? There are different ways to block depending on the type of account you have.

I'm using outlook through a browser. Just a normal personal outlook.com account.
I followed the other users instructions to block the domain entirely a few days ago, but I'm still receiving emails from them (see pictures below)
I'm struggling to understand why blocking email senders in outlook, doesn't block them.
I manually blocked the domain too a few days ago, but this has done nothing.
