Graydog LMAO! ... So sad. MONTHS! This is a great example of corporation segmentented job failures. Lost is the cracks kind of stuff. Cases the peeps here cant really address because the person that can actually make the correction can't be reached in a reasonable time to see this, or they have employee problems like everyone else.

Yes, and the Microsoft employees who might have an answer are not generating $$ by helping us. In the business world resources are allocated to $$-generating activities. Sad. So, full steam ahead educating myself one way or another. Cheers, Jeff!
