Spam event on MS Outlook Calendar can’t be deleted

I have a Spam event on my Outlook Home calendar on my iPhone that reads:

Get started here!213.176.65.80. When I click decline, the event pops back up on the calendar. I can’t delete it. There is no suspicious subscription or a spam calendar on the iphone with iOS 17.3
