Some sub folders are not showing in Outlook for mac

dan1260 Unfortunately, there is no "IMAP" under Tools when using MS Outlook for the newer version. Many subfolders will not show when using the new Outlook for Mac. This is a severe problem, and I have yet to have anyone from MS address this or respond.
In the older legacy outlook for MAC, the IMPA is greyed out. However, the problem is not when using the legacy version. I see all the folders. The problem is when I switch to the new Outlook for Mac version, many folders are not shown.
