Some Gmail accounts have stopped working with Outlook for MAC

hi

Has anyone come across any issue with Gmail and Outlook for Mac? 

 

My gmail account is still syncing, but the company I do some work for their email stopped syncing on 1st June?!  

This is the new version of Outlook for Mac. Version: 16.51 (210602000) was there any update on or before 1st June that means that something is no longer working?

    Can you please file an in-app bug report via your Outlook for Mac client (Help > Contact Support) so we can troubleshoot this issue with you?

      Hi

      I have tried spoke to one support person and the just disappeared.

      I went back on a couple me times and no support comes to chat.

      A complete waste of time!!!

      It seems your support doesn't work like Outlook!!!

      As I pay money for the product is there any way support could be provided?
