Snooze for Sent email and adding Notes
I am a new user of Outlook and have relied on apps like Boomerang for years to send myself reminders and add notes to emails. Doing my best to emulate such features in Outlook (my company will not allow add ons like Boomerang), and have been using the Snooze feature, but two problems:
1) It doesn't appear to work for Sent emails
2) I can't figure out a way to add private notes to an email.
If anyone has a suggestion, I would appreciate it. These are such basic features of email management that I am hoping there is a way to make it work.
Thanks!
Teresa_Cyrus thank you!
I suggest that you drag your email to the To Do Application as a task. Open the To Do Application, apply your notes, reminder dates, or due dates, and you will receive an email reminder.

Teresa_Cyrus Thanks. I am just trying to get away from having to use a separate application. Do you know if there is a way to store a personal note in an email? That way I could just Snooze the email and avoid using another app like To Do.
Thanks!Send yourself the email with a note and snooze. You can reply to the original email only without your note.Test it until you are comfortable with the process.
If this "workaround" solution (keyword workaround 😀 ) works for you, please update this thread and mark it as a best solution which will help others.
