Signatures in outlook

I use Outlook from Office 2016.  I have 3 email accounts in the system with 2 different signatures.  Each signature assigned to the appropriate email.  This roaming crap is breaking this.  How can I stop the roaming and have the correct signature assigned to the correct account.....LIKE IT USED TO BE!!!
