my outlook is asking me to sign in but it is not letting me stating "This email address has already been added"

This error message commonly appears when trying to add a new email account on Outlook that shares the same name as an existing account.
Here are some suggestions that might help you:Revert to the old Outlook (if you are using new Outlook):
Click the switch to return to the old Outlook, add your account, and then switch back to the new Outlook.Ensure updates are installed:
Confirm that your Outlook is updated to the latest version (if not, make the update)Use Advanced Setup:
Open Outlook, choose File > Add Account, enter your email address, select Advanced options, check the "Let me set up my account manually" box, and choose Connect.Create a new Outlook profile:
If the email account isn't listed among the configured Outlook email accounts, consider creating a new Outlook profile and configuring the account(s) again.
