    Hi Viri006,

This error message commonly appears when trying to add a new email account on Outlook that shares the same name as an existing account.
Here are some suggestions that might help you:

    1. Revert to the old Outlook (if you are using new Outlook):
Click the switch to return to the old Outlook, add your account, and then switch back to the new Outlook.

    2. Ensure updates are installed:
Confirm that your Outlook is updated to the latest version (if not, make the update)

    3. Use Advanced Setup:
Open Outlook, choose File > Add Account, enter your email address, select Advanced options, check the "Let me set up my account manually" box, and choose Connect.

    4. Create a new Outlook profile:
If the email account isn't listed among the configured Outlook email accounts, consider creating a new Outlook profile and configuring the account(s) again.
