Shared mailbox cannot be pinned to Favorite
When I want to rightclick on the inbox under Shared with me in New Outlook the pane doesn't show up - so I cannot pin it to Favorites. There is simply nothing, just a very short shadow of the pane. ...
I was able to add my Shared with Me Inbox folder to the favorites, but I am part of the Targeted Release and located in the USA.
Admin Message Center: Microsoft Outlook is updating to allow users to add shared folders to Favorites, starting in early February 2025 for Targeted Release and March for General Availability.
