Hi hndodds,

 

not what you want but it can make you life a bit easier:  SetDeliveryTime add-in.

Unfortunately you still have to toggle delay delivery for each email manually.

That looks like it will save about 4 mouse clicks each time though, thanks.

    I'm going to release an add-in for Outlook that will fully implement your requirements. I hope it will take about a week. I'll inform you (and others) here.
