Set Email Signature for First Time Replies and then swich off

Hi there, 

I was wondering if there is a way to set the Email Singature in Outlook so that if you are replying to an email for the first time, your full signature shows, and then after that, you can turn the signature off or just have it showing once at the end of the email chain. 

The problem with the current settings is that if you switch off the signature for replies and forwarding, it means that you can't share your full signature to a brand new email from anyone. 

Of course, if you are replying for the first time to a new enquiry, you would want to share your full email signature with your contact details. 

Any ideas on how to deal with this scenario?
