Server reply rule includes "reply to all"

Hi, everyone!  We're running Outlook 2013 on-prem, and I'd like to set up a server reply mail rule that will reply to all recipients of a message, instead of just the sender.  Has anyone had any luck with this?  Can it be done OOTB, or would I need to use a script?

    There's no rule action that can help you with that, perhaps you should look into using some Outlook macro?

      Thanks, Vasil!  That's what I suspected, but I just wanted to be sure that I wasn't missing something obvious :)  I appreciate your help!
