Hi elroygato, when you send an email to yourself and it only appears in Sent but not Inbox, first check whether the message is being grouped into an existing conversation or moved by a rule. In Outlook, search for the subject across All Mailboxes and check Inbox, Junk, Deleted, Archive, and Conversation History. If you use Outlook.com or Microsoft 365, also test in Outlook on the web because that separates an Outlook app problem from a mailbox delivery problem. If the message appears on the web but not the app, rebuild or re-add the Outlook profile. If it does not appear anywhere except Sent, check rules, forwarding, blocked senders, and Focused/Other inbox filtering.
