Sending to Yahoo e mail accounts from my Outlook e mail

not sure what ruf is for before your email. my record looks like this

pct can be 25-50-75 or 100 I don't know that it's necessary every dmarc builder i use includes it.

the ruf is for forensic and not needed. if that doesn't work i would contact godaddy they have fantastic support - I'm using Godaddy and it doesn't have it on my record.
- the quotes? if you're using route 53 yes. it's in my record
