Having exactly the same issue. Just checking in to see if there is any remedy. I had been so frequently recreating the outlook profile that I am starting to search for ways I can script this.
**bleep** frustrating. Even SARA cannot find the issue. The primary email has no issues, it's the shared mailbox that's creating the errors. All the members using the shared mailbox has this issue.
I have got a feeling that it's not a local problem, but something related to exchange online (M365).
