Send an email message based on a template not working in new Outlook

If you need to use (real) Templates, you will need to use classic Outlook. Sorry.

In my opinion this is pretty ridiculous not to support and why I swapped back to OLD immediately when it was not supported.
Diane is there a path to submit the need outside NEW Outlook Help?
