Seetings changing on Outlook

Good day,

I am using Outlook.com as an E-Mail service on a remote desktop server.

The application running on the server (MS Access database) uses this E-Mail to send E-Mails to users whenever they trigger the event for E-Mailing.

For example, they might create a new document while in the database on the remote server. This newly created document will be mailed to the user automatically.

This Outlook.com mail address is used for nothing else but the above.

The issue is that every 2 weeks or so, the setting in the Outlook is reset to its original settings. I have turned off the below:

This prevents the warning message to allow or deny the program to send mails.

Every 2 weeks or so, this setting is reset to "Never warn me...".

What also happens, is that every so often, when the program launches Outlook on the remote server, the message will appear that ' code has been sent to the recovery E-Mail and the user need to enter this code.

The above creates frustration and has an impact on productivity.

Is there a reason for the above? If so, can it be eliminated?

Thanks
