security question is shown in hieroglyphics

Im trying to recover a blocked hotmail account but is impossible... I type in as much info as i can remember (i created the account 15 years ago) but i cant recover it.. Furthermore he security question is shown in hieroglyphics..(it shows that:

??ap?µ???? d?s?a???). I've tried all the major browsers, even internet explorer wih various encoding options, but the question remains in hieroglyphics. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I must recover my acoount and access my work e-mails.

P.S. the support is unacceptable
