Search not working in Outlook 2019 since updating to Monterey 12.1 on the Mac

ValentinoBerton you need to install the Outlook beta version 16.58 (22011201). The search for previous beta versions do not work (with the traditional UI). I did not need to do, or wait for reindexing of the Outlook folder. It worked as soon as the installation completed

- I think you must get the Beta version from MS. On Outlook, go to Help and Check for Updates. That will open the MS update application where under advanced setting you can specify subscribing to the Beta channel. Then you will see the latest beta version of Outlook which you can download and install
