Search not working in Outlook 2019 since updating to Monterey 12.1 on the Mac

Same Issue here. This only impacts new MCP running Apple Silicon. I've reinstalled, reindexed spotlight, built new Outlook Profiles etc etc and have not been able to get this to work. I really hope Microsoft has a fix for this soon as it is a huge annoyance.SCSW_2021
