Search not working in Outlook 2019 since updating to Monterey 12.1 on the Mac
There appears from other sites to be a very widespread problem with search not working in Outlook - no results obtained in Monterey- since the latest OS update. Rebuilding spotlight does not work and...

- Check Spotlight Privacy Tab
- or Fix Corrupt Spotlight Index.

Once Microsoft Outlook for Mac is updated to 16.58 (2201406) (might need administrator permission to enable the option to update to a beta version), and Spotlight search is rebuilt (following the advice early in this thread), problems are resolved. Hurrah, many thanks again:-)!
