Search not working in Outlook 2019 since updating to Monterey 12.1 on the Mac

druflin I'm on a Mac with Intel chips. It's still not working. It appears it's not a CPU or chipset issue.
On my MacBook Pro (2015) it works - I run Monterey 12.1 - upgraded from Office 2016 (to 2019, Version 16.56) just to see whether it still works; unfortuntely my 2016 License is now lost
