Search not working in Outlook 2019 since updating to Monterey 12.1 on the Mac
At the moment, my only workaround is to have Outlook.com open in parallel and do all my searches there.
It is really a mess!
I have contacted MS support via MS Outlook help yesterday.
They came up with a lot of useless tipps like reindexing and at last they stated this:

At least they have acknowledged the issues and are working with Apple to solve the issue.
