Outlook should have a builtin one-click inline translation feature. It should auto-detect languages, translate emails without leaving Outlook, keep formatting, and let users set preferences. This would save time and help global teams.
Outlabook has the ability to translate emails but requires a Microsoft 365 subscription to have the translation feature
