Scheduling Poll Issues with automatic meeting invitation

Hello all,

I am using Scheduling poll function for the first time.

While it looks quite straightforward to setup a new poll, I encountered the following issue. 

I send out a test poll.

Invitee received and responded to it.

The app informed me on the response and also on the consensus from invitee as expected.

Then it issued an automatic team meeting invite. 

First issue I came up with was that the invite ended up to the invitees junk email. He is using a hotmail account and I was inviting him through my business outlook account. 

Then, the invitee tried to respond to the invite, but got an error and then the invite in his calendar wouldn't move to accepted, rather stayed as unanswered. he moved the invite from junk to inbox in the meantime.

Then, finally, I cannot see the event on my calendar at all.
