Scheduling Poll for non-Outlook users

- Use the Scheduling Poll website.
Non-Outlook users can access a Scheduling Poll by going to the Scheduling Poll website:
https://findtime.microsoft.com/
They will need to enter the email address that they were invited to the poll with, and then they will be able to vote on their preferred meeting times.

Some useful additional steps:
- Make sure to include a clear and concise call to action in your email invitation. For example, you could say "Click here to vote on the meeting time that works best for you."
- If you are sending the email invitation to a large group of people, consider using a BCC field to hide the email addresses of the other recipients. This will help to protect the privacy of your attendees.
- Test the Scheduling Poll link in your email invitation to make sure that it is working properly.

Since Findtime.microsoft.com is no longer an option how can external users with no microsoft email access the Scheduling Poll feature?
