Scheduling Assistant shows strange font outlook 2016

Hi,

A customer has a strange outlook that i cannot figure out how to solve. 

When a  meeting is planned in her agenda ans she opens the meeting she gets these strange fonts

Multiple trouble shooting done on this

*font changed in agenda

*font changed  in meeting

*outlook profile reset

all did not resolve this issue. 

Does anyone have a idea how to solve this issue without reinstalling office
