Scheduling Assistant: only seeing free/no time in calendars
I am only seeing free time for free/busy and no Calendar events in the Scheduling Assistant. This problem only started yesterday 27/08/2023. Only happening in Outlook online which I prefer to use. Outlook app is unaffected.

Hi Ali_Murrell,
If you are experiencing issues with the Scheduling Assistant in Outlook online where you can only see free time and no calendar events, there are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Refresh the page: Sometimes, the issue can be temporary, and refreshing the page can help resolve it. Press the refresh button in your web browser or use the keyboard shortcut (e.g., Ctrl+R or Command+R) to refresh the page and see if the calendar events appear in the Scheduling Assistant.
2. Clear browser cache: Clearing the cache of your web browser can help resolve any temporary data or configuration issues. Go to the browser settings or preferences and look for options related to clearing cache or browsing data. Clear the cache and try accessing the Scheduling Assistant again.
3. Check browser extensions: Some browser extensions or add-ons can interfere with the proper functioning of web applications. Try disabling any extensions that might be affecting Outlook online and see if the calendar events appear in the Scheduling Assistant.
4. Try a different web browser: If the issue persists, try accessing Outlook online and the Scheduling Assistant using a different web browser. This can help determine if the problem is specific to your current browser.
5. Verify calendar permissions: Make sure that your calendar permissions are set correctly. Check if the calendar events are marked as private or have restricted access. Adjust the permissions if needed to ensure that the Scheduling Assistant can display the necessary information.
Hope it helps.
Kindest regards
