Scheduler for incoming emails

I am constantly being told my MyAnalytics that I answer emails too quickly which suggests that I am being distracted by incoming emails.  This is very possibly true, but I, like many others us my inbox as a basic 'to do' list.  What I would love to be able to do is to schedule emails to arrive only at certain times (but need outgoing emails to be constantly live).  I don't think this feature is available through MS (there are third party add-ons that do it) but if it does exist I would love to be told how to.
