Saved attachments from Outlook for MAC can't be opened

OK, I have more information about the situation: The Apple computer writes the files with file names that are not allowed in Windows, e.g. a folder with a space at the end of the name. Then the Windows operating system and Windows apps such as Explorer can no longer process the file. The Total Commander's ability to process the files is remarkable. After processing by Windows (via NTFS) or Total Commander, the files are ready for normal use again.
